Welcome to Every DAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Every DAI website, platform, and related services (the "Service") provided by Every DAI ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Every DAI provides an AI literacy platform delivering personalised daily content, courses, and learning tools tailored to your job role. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Every DAI offers a Free tier and paid Pro tiers:
Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes (VAT). All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee on each billing cycle.
Occasionally, we may offer free trials or promotional discount codes. These are subject to the specific terms accompanying the offer. Unless stated otherwise, standard billing terms apply after any trial or promotional period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@everyd.ai.
To request a cancellation: go to your account settings, or email hello@everyd.ai with your account email. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service subscription from the date of initial purchase (for annual plans) or renewal (for monthly plans), provided you have not used the Service during that period.
To claim a refund under this right, contact us within 14 days at hello@everyd.ai with your account details.
Beyond this statutory period, refunds are granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a discretionary refund, email us explaining your circumstances.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on Every DAI are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not use these without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service.
The Service may include links to third-party websites or content. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Every DAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Every DAI, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Clauses 7, 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@everyd.ai. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the dispute to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (for UK consumers post-Brexit, equivalent ADR bodies apply), or you retain the right to bring a claim in court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
